This page explains how to request deletion of your MeInspect account (the app published by MeInspect, developer of the MeInspect Property Condition Report app) and what happens to your data when you do.
You can request deletion of your MeInspect account in either of the following ways:
When your account deletion request is completed, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:

| Account profile (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, login credentials) | Deleted within 30 days |
| In-progress / unfinalized inspection drafts (photos, notes, ratings not yet included in a completed report) | Deleted within 30 days |
| Device and usage data linked to your account | Deleted within 30 days |
Some data must be retained even after account deletion, either because other parties rely on it or because we are legally required to keep it:

| Payment and billing records | Required for financial, tax, and accounting compliance | Up to 5 years |
| Records of the deletion request itself | To demonstrate compliance with data protection obligations | Up to 2 years |
